When you bring your vehicle to East Bilney Coachworks you are guaranteed an exceptionally professional service. Our reputation is achieved by specialist craftsmen using state of the art equipment in purpose built premises: 20,000 Sq Ft at East Bilney + 15,000 Sq Ft at Norwich (North) and 30,000 Sq Ft at Norwich (South).

We can repair any make of vehicle to Manufacturers standards including the new materials used in todays vehicle production such as Boron Steel and Aluminium. We hold several Manufacturers Approvals which involves rigorous audit processes to achieve the very high standards expected and we are very proud to be a part of each prestigious Brand.

Water-based paints are used to reduce enviromental impact in our 9 low bake spray booths and all regulations including E.P.A & C.O.S.H.H have been achieved.

We have a fleet of 130 new courtesy cars and 4 courtesy vans and will do everything we can to cater for your needs while we repair your vehicle.

With our 4 recovery vehicles we are happy to collect and deliver your vehicle and we also offer a 24 hour recovery service.

The Majority of our work is Insurance Approval and we repair anything from a motorcycle to a light commercial vehicle with departments and staff to cater for all needs.

We also have a large Private client base and carry out Paintwork and Repairs to these vehicles as well as Mechanical and Servicing work.

All processes are monitored and controlled by our Concorde Informatics Bodyshop Management System which integrates with our accounts department and our 2 computerised estimating systems: AudaenterpriseGold and Glassmatix. Time management and intelligent paint head scales are also linked directly to the management system to enable paint usage reports and accurate time bookings for every job.
